Privacy Policy
A440 Solutions is a web design and software studio in Spokane, Washington. This policy covers www.a440solutions.com, including the Findability Check. If you have a question about it, email info@a440solutions.com or write to A440 Solutions, 2614 W Walton Ave, Spokane, WA 99205.
What we collect, and why
When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name and email, and optionally your phone number, company and a message. It comes to us by email, and we keep it in our client pipeline in Notion so we can reply and keep track of the conversation.
When you run the Findability Check. You give us a website address. We visit that site's public pages the way a search engine would, and save what we found at a link anyone can open for 90 days. We don't save your IP address. We keep a scrambled version of it that changes every day, only to limit how many checks one person can run. A bot check from Cloudflare (Turnstile) runs on the form.
When you unlock your fixes. We ask for your name, email and business name. We email you your fixes, and may follow up twice: two days later, and five days later with the check run again. Then we stop. Every email has a link to unsubscribe in one click. We also add you to our client pipeline and let our team know.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how people use the site, such as which pages they visit and whether they run a check or book a call. It uses cookies and collects things like your browser, device, rough location and the pages you view. We never send it your name, your email or anything you type into a form. You can opt out with Google's opt-out add-on.
In your browser. The Findability results page remembers, in your own browser, that you unlocked a check's fixes, so they stay open when you come back. It isn't sent to us.
Who handles it for us
A few services run parts of the site and handle information on our behalf:
- Vercel hosts the site.
- Neon stores Findability Check results and the details you give us to unlock your fixes.
- Google Workspace sends and receives our email, Google Analytics measures how the site is used, and Google PageSpeed Insights tests the speed of the site being checked.
- Cloudflare runs the bot check and loads the site being checked.
- Notion holds our client pipeline.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Findability Check results can be opened by their link for 90 days. Contact details stay in our pipeline while we're in touch or working together. If you'd like yours deleted sooner, ask and we will.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. You can also ask what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@a440solutions.com and we'll take care of it.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
