The problem
A newly merged company needed one system for dispatching trips and managing drivers, plus a brand and website that presented it as one business.
What we built
01Driver app
- An installable web app (PWA) drivers add to their phone’s home screen.
- A day view of assigned trips, with finished trips grouped separately.
- Keeps working with spotty connectivity and syncs when the signal comes back.
- Signature capture and charge confirmation at the end of each trip.
- Color-coded trip status, so drivers can see where each trip stands at a glance.
02Back-office dispatch app
- Used by office staff to manage trips and drivers, from assigning the day’s work to reviewing finished trips.
03SMS notifications
- Text-based sign-in codes and trip and account notifications through Twilio.
- We handled carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) end to end, including restructuring the site and the use case to get it approved.
04Marketing site
- A custom design system built around the brand palette: Sovereign Purple, Signal Gold and Grounded Red.
- A custom motion spec, deliberately not template-driven.
- 35 pages, built to be public and indexed by search engines.
Results
- Marketing site designed and built.
- SMS registration approved and verified in production use.
- A440 Solutions now runs Bonvia’s search, ads and Google Business Profile.
