Background

208 Tire already had a great reputation in the community. Their website didn’t reflect the level of excellence they bring to every job. The goal: a site that feels professional, but neighborly.

How it came together

  1. 01

    Discovery & research

Stakeholder interviews and user needs, with storytelling at the center.

  2. 02

    User journey mapping

Mapped user pathways to simplify navigation and reduce friction.

  3. 03

    Wireframing & prototyping

Wireframes and interactive prototypes focused on intuitive navigation.

  4. 04

    Visual design

A warm, confident look that matches how the shop treats its customers.

  5. 05

    Usability testing

Tested with real users; insights fed straight back into the design.

  6. 06

    Handoff

A site that works, gathers new leads, and tells 208 Tire’s story.

Scope

A complete redesign to bring the shop’s digital presence in line with its reputation in Boise. We replaced the existing site with a high-quality design, a neighborly-but-professional brand feel, and a modern experience built to turn visitors into booked appointments.

Impact

The new site does more than look the part. It brings in new leads and tells the shop’s community story.
